Membership of the EPA is administered locally by the
County/Regional Associations. The County/Regional
boundaries are based loosely on County lines although there
are some overlaps.
Membership is normally administered through club
affiliation. Clubs or unattached members (members not
belonging to a club) should join the County/Regional
Association based on their geographical location.
The fee for affiliating a club with the EPA is £30. It is a
requirement to register that at least three adults must be
individual members of the EPA to act as the club's
President/Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.
The fee for individual members varies dependant on your
local Association. The single individual membership fee
covers membership of the EPA and your local Association.
Your local membership secretary (see table below) will be
able to advise you on the appropriate fees.
Types of Membership
The categories of membership are:

Adults -
members who are 18 years and older on the 31st December
of the current year.

Juniors
- members under 18 years old on the 31st December of the
current year.

Cadets
- members under 14 years old on the 31st December of the
current year.

Minors
- members under 11 years old on the 31st December of the
current year.

Life
– members who have been honoured by the Association.
Your EPA Licence will entitle you to play in local, regional, EPA
and International competitions as well as covering you for Civil
Liability Insurance. To play in all EPA National
events and Internationally your EPA Licence needs to have a
recent passport sized photograph embossed with the official
EPA stamp which every region now has. There is not additional fee for this
service.
Your local membership secretary will send you the
appropriate forms and instructions on how to complete and
return these with the appropriate fees.
